Juvenile Defense Workshop I

Our first Juvenile Defense Workshop is a one-day interactive training covering three essential areas of juvenile defense practice - The Role of Defense Counsel, Probable Cause, and Waiver Hearings. Whether you've been representing juveniles for twenty minutes or twenty years this workshop is an opportunity to learn from and interact with juvenile defenders from across South Carolina (Plus it includes free lunch); so get your orders of protection signed and join us Friday, April 7, 2017 in Columbia.

  

South Carolina Commission on Indigent Defense and the University of South Carolina School of Law Children's Law Center are proud to present our first Juvenile Defense Workshop for South Carolina public defenders representing juvenile defendants.

Notice:  This Workshop is open only to South Carolina juvenile public defenders employed in a circuit public defender office or contracted directly with a circuit public defender office.
